Don't blame the Internet

So, once again the Internet is an evil place, full of paedophiles and murderers.

A 17-year old young woman meets someone she "knows" from the Internet and ends up cold on the slab.  And somehow this is the fault of social networking sites who, according to the dead girl's mother

have some responsibility for bringing in these controls.

No love, it's not their fault that some murdering twat decided to prey on your kid.  It's his fault mostly, coupled with a large dose of stupidity from her.  I mean, there is so much information bombarding kids these days that meeting someone from the Internet is
