It's 22:35, and an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" is just about to start.  Immediately prior to the episode, some vapid bitch deems it necessary to warn me that the programme contains elements of a sexual nature that some viewers might find disressing.

Sentencing "difficult" for child beating immigrants

Apparently determining the correct sentence for a woman who beat her daughter with with a computer cable, a broom, a wooden spoon and her fists is, according to a judge who is allegedly versed in such things, "difficult."

How so m'Lud?  Assaults of this nature regularly, and rightly, attract immediate custodial sentences of several years.  So how come this cunt got off so lightly?  Well,

Contrast the sentence here (12 months suspended) with one handed out by the same judge back in May where a burglar stole some undies and videoed himself wearing them, took some voyeur photos and had some pictures of children on his computer.  For that, he got an indeterminate sentence with a minimum of six years.

Now don't misunderstand me here; the sentence given to the burglar was correct in my judicially untrained eyes.  It's the unbelievably light sentence meted out to the mother who actually caused physical harm to her kid that astonishes me and is, I feel, manifestly light.

What the fuckety fucking fuck is going on here?  I mean, I thought part of the sentence for a foreign criminal was deportation at the end of the sentence anyway.  How come we just paid this piece of murdering shit £4,500 for the privilege of deporting her skanky cunt?

This whole case is a catalogue of failure on the part of the justice system:

• This whore killed a 16 month old baby.
• This whore received a derisory 5 year sentence for said killing.
• This whore only served half of that, because in this country a jail term of 5 years actually means a jail term of 2.5 years.
• This whore, on release, applied for a grant under a piece of fucking legislation called the Facilitated Returns Scheme.
• This whore was given £4,500 and put on a flight back to riceland.

And somehow, in a statement that Gordoom would be proud of, a UK Border Agency rectum spouts the following.

We don't want foreign criminals in the UK.

Well, okay, I'll give you that.

Every day that we can get these individuals out of the country early removes the risk they present to UK citizens...

This is why we use the scheme to remove as many foreign criminals from the UK as possible. In 2008 we removed over 5,000 foreign criminals - a record number.

It would have been cheaper to just remove the fuckers anyway, without giving them any cash.  You have ample time whilst they are in prison to get all of the paperwork done so that they can be shuffled off back home immediately on release.
